Our staff matter

You may or may not have heard about some of the things going on in ABA. Recently, RBTs in Maryland went on strike for better wages and clinic conditions.

Our staff are experienced professionals and they are compensated accordingly. Just like we treat every child as our own, we treat our staff as full and complete humans who have needs outside of work. Working with children is extremely rewarding, but it can come with some effort. We understand that.

Most of our staff have masters degrees and even some are doctoral level. We do not pay entry level wages. When we connect a staff member with a child, it is because we believe in the skills they will teach and the work they will do. They have the full backing of our experience and the approval of a BCBA-D.

Your littles will only be this little once, and they deserve life changers. That’s why our staff are always fairly and appropriately compensated.
